The Young Scientists Summit for Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Sciences Kicks Off in Dubai

Dubai, May 26 – The Young Scientists Summit for Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Sciences commenced today in Dubai. The summit, organized by the Emirates Society for Genetic Diseases, was attended by Sheikh Diab bin Khalifa bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan and saw the participation of 300 young scientists and researchers from 55 countries, as well as 62 presidents of international scientific and academic organizations specializing in clinical chemistry, genetic sciences, and regenerative medicine.

The Young Scientists Summit for Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Sciences is held alongside the 26th International Summit on Clinical Chemistry and Genetic Diseases and the 17th Arab Union Summit on Biochemistry, hosted by the United Arab Emirates in Dubai. These events are organized by the Emirates Society for Genetic Diseases and will take place from May 26 to 30 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

In his opening address at the summit, Sheikh Diab bin Khalifa bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan stated, “The United Arab Emirates is pleased to host this fruitful scientific event, through which we aim to enhance research collaboration between the UAE and researchers from other countries around the world.”
