The International Conference for the 26th Summit on Clinical and Laboratory Chemistry has kicked off today at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This marks the first time such an event is being held in an Arab country in 70 years, with representatives from 116 countries, 3200 specialists from around the globe, and leaders from 62 research and international organizations in attendance. The conference is held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and the Chairman of the Emirates Genetic Diseases Association, which organized the event.
Simultaneously, the 8th International Conference on Genetic Disorders 2024 has commenced alongside this international event. Discussions are centered around genetics, genomics, microbiome discoveries, healthy aging, stem cells, regenerative medicine, rare disease genomics, global health artificial intelligence, and genomics in virtual reality.
His Excellency Hamid Mohamed Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, inaugurated the accompanying exhibition of the International Conference for the 26th Summit on Clinical and Laboratory Chemistry and the 8th International Conference on Genetic Disorders 2024.
